The SSDB 2026 project was launched during Parents’ Day on 10 June 2026, bringing together children, parents and educators in a meaningful whole-school experience. Families participated in the “Let’s Plant and Grow!” Parent-Child Workshop, where children learnt about gardening and locally grown plants, decorated recycled bottles as planters, sowed seeds and brought their plants home to care for together with their parents. The event promoted family bonding, environmental awareness and shared responsibility, while encouraging children to understand how small actions can contribute towards caring for the environment and building a better community.
