Movie Matinée - Inside Out

As part of our Children’s Day celebration, Greenland Childcare hosted a charity movie matinée. Over the course of the SSDB project, the children have learned about inclusivity within the community and that everyone matters.

We decided to watch Disnay Pixar’s ‘Inside Out’, a movie about five characters each with a different disorder. It that reminds us to embrace ourselves and that we have to give those around us chance to work through their emotional realisations.

Each child kindly donated to Singapore’s Childrens Society, to help children in need. In return they were given a movie ticket, drink carton and popcorn. The children had a great time coming together to watch a movie.
