As part of our efforts to foster intergenerational connections, the children visited Muhammadiyah Health & Day Care Centre to celebrate Singapore’s National Day with the seniors. The children participated in a fan-painting activity inspired by Singapore’s iconic landmarks and national symbols, allowing them to express their creativity while appreciating Singapore’s heritage.
The children also presented a special performance for the seniors before coming together for a fun SG Workout session. Through this meaningful intergenerational celebration, the children had the opportunity to connect with the seniors, spread joy and develop values of respect, care, inclusiveness and appreciation for the community.
