Love Across Generations: Caring for Our Grandparents "My Pledge Card for My Grandparents"

As part of our Start Small Dream Big (SSDB) project, "Love Across Generations: Caring for Our Grandparents," the K1 and K2 children created heartfelt pledge cards dedicated to their grandparents.

Through this meaningful activity, the children reflected on simple yet powerful ways to show love, kindness, gratitude, and respect. They expressed their promises by writing and illustrating thoughtful messages such as helping their grandparents, spending quality time with them, speaking kindly, listening attentively, and caring for them with love.

This activity encouraged the children to recognise the important role grandparents play in our families and inspired them to become caring, compassionate, and responsible members of the community. Each pledge card serves as a reminder that even small acts of kindness can make a big difference and help strengthen the bond between generations.

Together, we continue to embrace our SSDB theme, "Love Across Generations: Caring for Our Grandparents," inspiring our young learners to build a more caring, inclusive, and compassionate community, one heartfelt promise, one act of kindness, and one smile at a time.
