To bring our SSDB project on Animal–Human Interactions to a meaningful closure, we held a school exhibition showcasing the children’s learning journeys, documentation and artefacts created throughout the project. Families were invited to explore the displays together with their children, providing opportunities for the children to revisit their experiences and proudly share their discoveries with their parents.

Parents took time to view the children’s work, read their voices and engage in conversations with their children about what they had learned. Their participation helped to bridge the children’s learning between school and home, while celebrating the effort, curiosity and ideas contributed by the children throughout the project. The exhibition concluded our SSDB journey by bringing children, educators and families together to reflect on how we can all play a part in caring for and protecting animals and the environments we share
