Care Begins with Me: Project Launch

The Care Begins With Me project encourages children to discover how simple actions can show care for themselves, others and the environment. Through meaningful hands-on experiences, the children developed empathy, responsibility and social awareness while learning that even small acts of care can make a positive difference.

Our journey began with the children creating banners to launch Care Begins With Me. Newspapers were repurposed as creative materials, fallen leaves were collected and torn into smaller pieces, while drawings of the Earth and ways of caring for it were also incorporated. Working together on their banners introduced the children to the project and encouraged them to think about what care could look like in their everyday lives.
