Care Begins with Me: Our Care Pledge

To bring our SSDB journey to a meaningful close, the children reflected on what care meant to them through our Our Care Wall. Each child completed the statement, “I pledge to care...”, making a personal commitment based on what was meaningful to them. Their pledges ranged from caring for the plants in Singapore to caring for their siblings, mummy and daddy. Through their own words, the children showed how their understanding of care had grown to include the people and environment around them.

These pledges serve as a meaningful reminder that although our SSDB journey has come to an end, the children can continue putting care into action in their everyday lives!
