Care Begins with Me: Caring through Sharing and Connection

Our growing journey also created a meaningful opportunity to connect care with family. In conjunction with Father’s Day, the children took part in making salads, connecting their experiences of growing and harvesting vegetables with the food we eat. The activity brought families into their learning journey and provided a special opportunity to celebrate care through preparing and sharing food together.
