TRASH TO TREASURE

The aim of our participation in SSDB 2021 is to inculcate good values in our children by encouraging them to give back to society in their small ways. Under the theme “Trash to Treasure”, we aim to gift handmade crafts made by our children using recycled materials to encourage up-cycling and show our gratitude to the community.

Some recycle bins, made from carton boxes by our children, were placed in school for children and parents to donate reusable materials.

The children explored and discussed what they could do with the different trash collected.

We also collaborated with the Kindred Studio to collect more recyclables.

Thank you parents and Kindred Studio for your contributions. The children are currently busy working on their D.I.Y crafts!
