Care For Community and Family

The children had opportunities to participate in a series of events in SSDB 2022. They learnt different ways to communicate, show care and appreciate people around them.

We started our launch with the Lions Home For The Elders through our intergeneration programmes with Lions Home For The Elders (LHE). The elders and the children had opportunities to bond and learn through a series of activities till June.

During Kindness Week, the children showed thanks to the community helpers with hand made cookies and a picture card.

The children did a reflection for other ways they can show care and concern for others. They presented their small acts of kindness for their families. Our finale ended with a collage message board, made by the children, to show how much they appreciate and love the elders from LHE,
