SSDB Finale Party

Little Atlas Preschool has come to the end of our Start Small Dream Big project 2022. As we conclude this year’s project on “We Heartly Connect”, we are proud to present our final initiative— the SSDB Finale Party. Parents were invited to come into our classroom for our last bonding activity!

During the party, parents and children were engaged in a soap-making session using different types of moulds and fragrances. This was a great opportunity for the parent-child duo to get creative together. After they chose their preferred mould and fragrance, they got to decide on the design. Many of them liked their soap to be solid colours, while some were experimental and attempted to do marble effects and/or block colours.

While waiting for the soap to set, each pair were engaged in fun games and decorated their soap packaging. The children’s faces brimmed with pride as they observed their soap form. It was definitely a gratifying experience for our parents and children as they spent time together creating something new as a duo. We are glad that we could create this platform for our parents and children to come together, given our busy and often clashing schedules.

To Little Atlas Parents: We heartly appreciate you attending our SSDB Finale Party. This event wouldn’t have been the same without you and your presence was such a blessing to us. It is heartwarming to see parents making a conscious effort to build connections with your child.

On a final note, we would like to thank all our parents and participating community partners for their active participation in the activities we have prepared over the course of these few months. We hope that they have served as meaningful moments for our little innovators to build connections with our families and community. These connections formed will never be altered and we will forever be affiliated with one another. Let’s hope to never forget how connected we are. It is our responsibility to care for one another as we would care for ourselves.
