As our SSDB project came to an end, our N2s and K1s gathered to recall and reflect on their meaningful experiences with the seniors. They shared how much they enjoyed performing for and interacting with the seniors. Seeing the seniors smile and enjoy themselves gave the children a wonderful sense of satisfaction and fulfilment, knowing that their actions had brought joy to others. ❤️
To conclude the session, we revisited family values using Becky Bunny’s Big Cards. Through discussion and sharing, children were able to identify different situations where they could lend a helping hand and show care towards their family members and others. This encouraged them to understand that even small acts of kindness can make a positive difference in someone’s day.
