SSDB 2023: A Visit to United Medicare Centre - Queensway

As part of our SSDB project and Book Week Celebration, our loving K1 and K2 children visited the United Medicare Centre - Queensway last 22 September. They showcased their talents of poem reciting, singing, and dancing in a simple show dedicated especially to the elderly people. They also bonded together by reading story books and making bookmark crafts.

This event paved the way for children to give back to the community by showing love and concern to the elderlies and to deepen their love for reading.

The children had a very meaningful moment with the residents of UMC. They hoped to visit and spend time together again.
