Plants in our centre

Children were introduced to the song entitled : sing and song of flowers. Children were encouraged to identify the different colours of colours mentioned in the song. Questions were asked to trigger children’s thinking. Example “ where can we find flowers?” “ Do all flowers look the same?”

Children were enthusiastic to share their opinions.

Amid Covid-19 situation , we decided to walk around the centre to look for plants and flowers . Children were able to identify plants hanging from the walls ,plants along the walk ways and also flowers.
