In celebration of Parents' Day, PCF Sparkletots Preschool @ Kebun Baru Blk 260B (CC) organised a meaningful appreciation event themed "Our Parents, Our Heroes." In partnership with Families for Life, the event brought together children from Infant Care to K2 and their families to honour the important role that parents play in nurturing, guiding, and supporting their children. Through performances, interactive games, and shared experiences, the event strengthened family bonds while promoting positive parent-child relationships.
Objectives The event aimed to: * Foster children's appreciation and gratitude towards their parents for their love, care, and support. * Provide opportunities for children to express their appreciation through dance performances. * Strengthen parent-child relationships through collaborative games and activities. * Promote family engagement and encourage active participation in preschool programmes.
Event Highlights: Children from each level proudly presented dance performances that reflected the children's confidence, enthusiasm, and love for their parents, who responded with loud applause and encouragement.
Families also participated in an energetic dance workout session, creating an atmosphere filled with joy, laughter, and togetherness. This was followed by three superhero-themed parent-child games. Parents and children enthusiastically worked together to complete each challenge, demonstrating strong family cooperation and positive interactions.
The Parents' Day 2026 celebration was a successful and memorable event that highlighted the importance of family, gratitude, and togetherness. Through engaging performances, collaborative activities, and shared experiences, the preschool fostered stronger relationships between children, parents, and teachers while creating a joyful and supportive learning community. The event reflected the centre's vision of nurturing confident and caring learners and strengthened the partnership between families and the preschool.
