Every Drop Counts - Caring for Water, Caring for Our World: Family Day (Phase 3)

To round off our Start Small Dream Big project, Every Drop Counts – Caring for Water, Caring for Our World, our K1 and K2 children, together with their parents, participated in a Family Day learning journey to Marina Barrage.

During a guided visit to the Sustainable Singapore Gallery, families explored how Singapore manages water sustainably and learnt about reservoirs, rainwater collection, and the journey of water from source to tap. Through these experiences, children gained a deeper appreciation of water as a precious resource and the importance of conserving it.

The learning journey also reinforced the message of shared responsibility, encouraging children and parents to work together in adopting water-saving habits and caring for the environment.

Through these three phases of learning, the children discovered that being responsible starts with small actions. Together, they learnt that every drop counts and that everyone can play a part in caring for water and our world.
