To launch our Start Small Dream Big (SSDB) project, we gathered the children to introduce our community partner (Public Hygiene Council) and share how we would be working together to make a positive impact on our community and the environment. We also shared with the children on the meaningful initiatives we had planned and how they could contribute through their everyday actions.

Our project, "A Clean Space Begins With Me," was introduced to help children understand that everyone has a role to play in keeping shared spaces clean and pleasant. Through discussions and interactive activities, children learnt how they could care for places such as toilets, hawker centres, coffee shops and their neighbourhood by practising good habits and taking responsibility for their surroundings.

Through a combination of in-class learning experiences and strong home-school partnerships, children and their families developed a deeper understanding of how they can work together to keep their environments clean. Inspired by the Supermons, the children embraced the importance of taking ownership of their actions and learnt that even small acts can make a meaningful difference in creating cleaner and more caring communities.
