Eat Well, Live Well, Be Well

Nature is the best teacher indeed when the nursery children learnt that the source of healthy food can be found in the garden.

The children has been planting some vegetables, crops and fruits in our eco garden. These plants are : potato, watermelon, winter melon etc. They were taking of these plants for many months. They watered the plants and made sure that the they will grow healthy.

The teachers helped the children to harvest the plants and we have decided to cook a healthy salad.

The teachers helped to cook the salad and explained the process and the importance of eating healthy food.

The children had the salad for our tea break and they enjoyed it. The salad was delicious and healthy at the same time.
