Little Dreams, Big Celebrations: National Day & ‘Start Small, Dream Big’ Finale

Our preschool was filled with laughter, excitement, and pride as we celebrated National Day alongside the grand finale of our “Start Small, Dream Big” programme! This special occasion provided our little learners with an opportunity to express their creativity, showcase their growth, and appreciate the spirit of our nation.

The day began with vibrant patriotic decorations and colourful banners, setting the scene for a joyful celebration. The children eagerly participated in patriotic songs and chants, learning to appreciate the values of unity, respect, and love for their country. Through interactive storytelling and guided discussions, they reflected on the meaning of National Day and the importance of being proud of Singapore’s achievements.

Our preschool was filled with joy and excitement as we celebrated the August birthdays of our little learners alongside the grand finale of our “Start Small, Dream Big” programme!

The children gathered to blow out birthday candles, sing songs, and share in the happiness of their special day, creating heartwarming moments of laughter and togetherness. Their smiles and cheerful energy made the celebration truly memorable for everyone.

The day began with a cheerful parade, where the children proudly waved colourful flags, marched together, and celebrated their achievements as a group. Their enthusiasm and energy filled the preschool with laughter and joy, creating a lively and festive atmosphere.

To wrap up the celebration, the children enjoyed fun and interactive National Day–themed games, which encouraged teamwork, problem-solving, and joyful participation. Waving flags, cheering for their friends, and engaging in playful activities, the children ended the day on a high note filled with excitement and laughter.
