Tribute to our Firefighters by children of PCF Sparkletots Preschool @ Jalan Kayu Blk 970

Our children worked together with teachers to create a 3D artwork for our community helpers, the firefighters at SengKang fire station. This was to show our appreciation and respect for their contribution to the community. The children chose the items to be included in the artwork themselves.

Our masterpiece, tribute to the Firefighters who put their lives on the line for us.

The children were excited when they saw the completed artwork. When sharing about firefighters, they were aware that the job of fighting fires was dangerous and some of the children said that they were very brave. Through this activity, it helped to build their awareness of the role of a firefighter and to respect them for the work they did.
