Title: Eat Right, Stay Bright!

Category of Project: Healthy Living and Personal Hygiene

Children enjoy eating vegetables. They understand the importance of incorporating different textures in their food daily. Children also understand that consuming a variety of vegetables add essential nutrients like Vitamin B, Iron and Magnesium which promotes cell growth. Besides vegetables, children also include one type of fruit daily in their meal. Fruits include apples, bananas, watermelon, honey dew and even pears. The children certainly do know that a fruit a day, keeps the sickness away!
