Our K1 and K2 children had a fun filled zoom session where they did workout together with the seniors from Ren Ci!

Our children demonstrated and taught the seniors dance steps from the song ‘The Road Ahead’ - NDP Virtual Dance.

This session was slightly different as compared to the other zoom sessions, as this was hosted by our K2 - Honesty children. Our children were elated to host and meet the seniors from Ren Ci Nursing home.

We wanted to incoperate a workout session to reinforce that even during a pandemic, we should always take some for ourselves to ensure our physical and mental wellness!

Lastly, we observed that the seniors enjoyed themselves throughly during the workout as well. The seniors from Ren Ci Nursing Home also proved us that age is just number! Awesome 💪🏼
