SSDB 2019 Launch Fitness Party "Healthy Me, Healthy You"

On 29th April 2019, we kicked started the ‘Start Small Dream Big’ Launch with fitness party “Healthy Me, Healthy You”.

At Sparkletots, we believe that children learn best when they are healthy and happy. Likewise for the adults who are constantly caring for these young ones.

We want to promote an active lifestyle; by exercising regularly and eating healthily so as to have healthy bodies and healthy minds. During the launch, we had invited parents, grandparents and even the children’s domestic helpers to join in the activities and have fun.

Our children had been practising hard, moving to the beat of the music. From Toddlers to Kindergarten 2, every class took turns to lead the congregation in the workout. Some of the parents, grandparents, came by to support their grandchildren. Everyone had fun!
