SSDB 20 @ Milagros de Montessori. Grandpa and Grandma, We’re rooting for you!

When the Covid-19 pandemic started, people had to stop the visits to Sri Narayana Mission but that did not hinder our K1 from continuing to give our support, care and concern towards the elderly there. Before the circuit breaker we made a call from our school to the Sri Narayana Mission and checked on their needs so that we could contribute our part.

As they needed more fund to maintain the hygiene and safety practices during this tough period, our class planned to do fundraising by growing and selling our potted herbal garden. Whichever amount we are collecting, we pledged to donate to the home so that they can use them to the elderly. We are in the midst of our project and our herbal garden is growing day by day. Very soon we will be selling them to raise the fund and we already imagining here on how this small act of us going to put smile on the grandpas and grandmas there.
