SSDB 2024: Community Outreach @ Kampung Admiralty

The children embarked on a meaningful community outreach around their neighborhood!

Equipped with vibrant poster boards and creative stickers they designed, the children aimed to educate their community about the symptoms of stroke.

Throughout the day, they approached various residents, sharing important information about the FAST acronym-Face drooping, Arm weakness, Speech difficulty, and Time to call emergency services.

With engaging explanations and the help of their eye-catching materials, the children hoped to raise awareness and encourage more people to become “FAST Heroes.”

Their efforts were met with interest and appreciation, as many community members learned how to recognize stroke symptoms and the importance of acting quickly to save lives.
