Singapore Little Treasures

In conjunction with the project on ‘Singapore Little Treasures, we collaborate with the Malay Heritage Center and partnership with parent volunteers to enrich children’s understanding on the rich heritage and culture of Singapore’s Malay community.

The children had an experimental learning on the past and present Malay wedding, costumes, food, games and so forth through the historical artefacts, interactive multimedia and exhibits of the museum; and engaging, purposeful heritage pop-up kits provided by the Malay Heritage centre.

Parent volunteers supported children’s learning by sharing the insight of the Malay Culture with the children during school hours.

We believe the children will instil a love for local heritage and history through above pleasant activities.
