The K1s learnt all about care and concern using the Learning Kit provided by Families for Life. They started by following Becky on her adventure to the Great Outdoors!
The children also wrote down what they knew on the board before going deeper into their learning.
They then integrated their gross motor skills with language by dancing along to the Care and Concern song and by having a group activity where they had to rearrange themselves to create a sentence! What fun they had!
The children also worked on their cutting skills by decorating and cutting out their caring hands which they later used to dance with and re-read the book again.
The children enjoyed themselves and were able to understand more about Care and Concern through the activities planned and conducted.
