Little actions to encourage seniors to continue doing simple exercises at home!
My First Skool at Kampung Admiralty values the importance of reaching out to the community. Despite being in the Covid-19 situation, we can still reach out to the seniors virtually!

We’re also happy to share that our first workout video has 76 views up to date.
It has been great pleasure for our children to learn these simple exercises from the Active SG Team at Woodlands Sports Centre and spread awareness to the seniors and their families!
