Save our turtles

N2B create a turtle craft.

Some of them mentioned that the mother turtle lay eggs in the sand and swim away in the ocean after laying eggs.

Following that, they learn about the life cycle of a turtle.

From eggs ,it will hatch to become hatchlings followed by juvenile and lastly a turtle.

The day after, they did a sensory bottle by adding seashells,coloured marbles and sea animals.

They observed the sea animals in the bottle by moving it back and forth and mentioned that the ocean is blue in colour.

In the next lesson, they learnt that sea turtles are endangered species and what are the causes such as pollution, climate change and bycatch.

They decided to draw a picture of it and shared how they can help to save the sea turtles.

Some of the drawings includes plastic bags, fishing nets and plastic bottles which cause pollution in the ocean.

Lastly, they help to save the sea animals by transferring it to a clean ocean.
