Children are critical agents of change and have infinite capacities for activism. Together, they can work towards the creation of a better world.

Through the various hands on activities conducted, children began to feel that they have control over how the future can turn out giving them a sense of empowerment.

They learnt that nature is a crucial part of sustainability. This project nurtured children and helped develop an appreciation for the Earth and all its inhabitants. Children learnt first hand, how little changes can and will make a difference.

The activities helped children understand their place in the web of life, which supports their existence in terms of clean air, water and food. The process delivered the powerful message that through common actions, despair can be turned into hope.
