Our Mini Garden

Children were inspired by the garden visit and hence wanted to grow vegetable plants too. Some grew carrot plant from the carrot top, bean sprouts from bean seeds, mixed bean sprouts and kai xin from its stem.

Children also was curious about the different shapes and sizes of leaves and how do plants take in water. So activities such as celery experiment, bark and leaf rubbing were done by them.
