Our children were encouraged to either put on their face shield or a mask. We encouraged them to engage in all classroom activities while still wearing the face shield/mask.

Emphasis on safe distancing were taught and encouraged throughout the centre. Children did a lot of activities - from in the classrooms and at the dining table - while keeping their distance.

They were taught the different kind of germs/bacteria and why they need to put on the mask/face shield.

It was wonderful to note that the children were able to understand the concept of keeping a safe distance, hand washing, sanitise everything they used/touched, sitting on their own chair (labelled with their name) and also not to touch themselves unnecessarily.

Well done children. We can do this together.
