Harvest Time!!
Our garden (planting of herbs and other fruit trees)
It was a wonderful feeling watching the kids learn about the planting process and understand the results.
Children had fun harvesting with their teachers and brought it home for their parents to cook what they had harvested!
Continued their learning about insects and together with our parent volunteer, the children learn the name of the fruit and plants that they had planted.
It was an experience for all as they learn how to care for the garden and watch the seeds that they had planted turn into a plant that gives out fruit that they can harvest and eat or cook.
An amazing, incredible, learning experience for the kids.
