Our 3R Journey: Reduce, Reuse, Recyle

As we continued our journey about ‘Climate Change’, the children learnt the different ways on how they can help save the Earth. They have learnt how they can reduce, reuse, and recycle waste at home and in school.

We also integrated art actvities in our lesson to develop a better understanding on how they can apply the 3Rs they have learnt.

The children created functional and creative artworks like bookmarks, refrigerator magnets and pencil holders.

The K2 children created their Animal Bookmarks using cardboard and small pieces of coloured paper.

The K1 children used the cardboard and made a Flower Clay sculpture.

Our K1 children also created their pencil holder using tissue rolls and clay.

Our K2 children used plastic cups and bottles in creating their pencil holder. They also used clay to decorate their work.
