NTUC Eldercare (Marsiling) Field Trip :)

On 27th July 2017, our K1s and K2s visited the senior citizens at NTUC Eldercare Marsiling.
Prior to the field trip, the children worked together with their parents to carry out a fund raising through donation in kinds. We were so heartened to see the contributions from our children and their family.
The children did performances for the senior citizens and in return, a couple of the elderly sang ‘karaoke’ for the children and teachers.
After the children’s performance, they went around introducing themselves to the senior citizens, chatted with them and did colouring with the senior citizens.
Some of the children even presented their colouring as gifts to the grandparents!
It was a wonderful occasion! The senior citizens were heartened to see the presence of our children and their performances! Not to forget the gifts and donation contributed to them :)
