My Healthy Plate & Food Sustainability In Singapore

The children learnt about healthy eating habits, my healthy plate and about food sustainability in Singapore. The K1 class over and activity entitled “Healthy Sustainable Food Search.” They brought their child to the local supermarket in search of locally produced food, and find out the healthy ways of preparing the local produce for consumption.

Each child did a “Show and Tell” to share their findings with their peers and teachers.
