Little Heroes (Volcano Eruptions)

Volcano eruption is one of the deadly natural disasters that can affect people’s lives and health. The children watched various videos on volcano eruptions around the world and they saw the impact an eruption brought to the local area and living things living around it.

The children carried out an experiment to see how the “lava” flowed down the volcano and recorded their thoughts and feelings in their reflection books. They were able to imagine themselves as the victims and thought of what they would go through during the eruption. The children were also able to say that they would donate food, clothes and other resources to the people.
