Little Hands Turn Litters into Bloomers

The little hands of each level showes their creativity as they practised 3Rs (reduce, reuse and recycle) in their recent projects. Last May, each level collected recyclable materials to create blooming flowers. The N2 made daisies by using the pre-cut base of plastic bottles. K1 painted egg carton boxes to make roses while K2 folded tissue papers to make carnation flowers. On mother’s day, the children performed a heart-warming song and also presented the colourful flowers to their mums.

In the June holidays, the little hands of K1 showed how to promote a green environment by growing their own vegetables at home. They reused their plastic bottles as containers to plant garlic, onion, ginger and red bean. There was a feeling of joy and fulfillment as they watched their plants grow.
