Children had the opportunity to participate in litter picking as part of the SSDB project to encourage them to develop good habits in public hygiene and take ownership of keeping their neighbourhood litter-free. Through this hands-on activity, children realised that even though they are small, they can make a big impact on their community by working together to protect the environment.

To learn the importance of keeping our shared spaces clean, the children went on a litter-picking walk as part of their SSDB project. The learning continued back inside, where they were captivated by the storybook 'Ash and the Supermons' and applied their lessons through a fun, interactive activity booklet.

The session concluded with a recap quiz designed to reinforce the key environmental concepts they had learned.
