Children were introduced to the Healthy Plate. They explored the food that matches the colours on the Healthy Plate using the magnetic board. Do you know what the colours on the Healthy Plate mean?

After displaying confidence on their knowledge about the Healthy Plate, children created a placemat using the Healthy Plate picture. They coloured the Healthy Plate picture and pasted food items from each food group.
