Extending their learning about care and kindness beyond the classroom and into the community, the children expressed their appreciation for our community heroes through their upcycled creations. By transforming everyday reusable materials into meaningful artwork, the children showcased their creativity and environmental awareness, while learning that caring for others can go hand in hand with caring for our environment.
One Small Step Creates a Big Impact.
The children extended their kindness beyond the classroom by sharing their creative artworks with our community heroes. Through their kind words, thoughtful gestures, and respectful interactions, they expressed their heartfelt appreciation for the people who contribute to our community.
These meaningful encounters helped the children understand that even small acts of kindness can make a positive difference. Through this experience, they also developed a stronger sense of belonging and connection to their neighbourhood and community.
