Keeping the environment clean & green!

After teachers introduced the book titled “Captain Green - The Sick Day”, the children were motivated to go out and help to pick up the litters around our school compound.

The children were able to remind each other to wear masks, gloves and be careful when picking up litters as it may be sharp or harmful to them. The teachers stood near the children and observed their discussions on the many ways to keep the environment clean.

The children were able to explain why they were doing this activity and what the outcomes would be. The children also asked if they could do this weekly so that the surroundings would be clean and nobody would fall sick easily!
