Horohoro the Hamster!

As a part of our lesson this term, children has been learning more about pets and they are aware of the important points to note when taking care of pets!

Children’s voices on taking care of pets

Lots of love

Give them food and water

Clean up their litter box

Bring them to the vet

Always be gentle!

When Horohoro the hamster came to class, children were so excited but they remembered always to be gentle so as not to scare it. Children prepared Horohoro’s favourite snack and gave him lots of love! The children also made a fun Play Maze specially for Horohoro!

This activity gave children the opportunity to develop a sense of loving towards pets and the responsibilities of being a pet owner.
