Honouring Love Across Generations

Our K2 children created a meaningful Grandparents Scrapbook to show love and appreciation for their grandparents.

Each child painted a portrait of their grandparents using watercolours and crayons, adding sweet details like grandma’s curly hair or grandpa’s glasses. Along with their artwork, they shared special memories during a Show and Tell session

The children introduced their family members and shared how their families support and love one another.

Through this project, children learned that grandparents are not just caregivers, but storytellers, teachers, and loving companions. They discovered the importance of family bonds and how simple acts of love can mean so much.

This activity encouraged creativity, storytelling, and gratitude. Most importantly, it reminded our children to cherish and celebrate their grandparents every day.
