Helping Hand We Have Together We Care (Story 4: Showing Kindness to the Environment)

Teachers and children participated a series of activities to show kindness to the environment.

Activity 1: Growing flowering plants from seeds (Date: 7th July 2023) Guided by the teachers, the children grew a pot of flowering plant of their choice. They took care of the plants and watered it daily.

Activity 2: Pick-up-trash (Date: 28th July 2023). N2, K1 and K2 teachers and children walked around the neighbourhood to pick up trash. After which, they did a reflection on how to keep the environment clean.

Activity 3: Repotting (Date: 8th August 2923). With the plan to create a Garden Classroom, the teachers learned the tips of planting from the neighbourhood gardener and staff from NPark. They adopted a plant purchased from the Nursery and repotted them to create a garden in the classroom.
