Healthy Eating Starts from Me

This is the 2nd year of our Centre embarking on Start Small Dream Big Project. This project is centered on Healthy Eating Starts from Me. Teachers educate children the importance of food of one’s life from baby to adulthood. Children learn to be responsible for their own choices of meals and beverages consumed within the centre as well as at home in order to develop healthy eating habits.

Children visited Healthzone@Outram and Kidzania to gain more knowledge of healthy food, on how to prepare health food and food hygiene.
