Hand In Hand, West Rock Stand to Care - Finale National Day Celebration @ Bukit Batok Home Care

For the last part of our project, the K2’s went to Bukit Batok Home Care to celebrate National Day with them. During our time there, the children created crafts with them such as the National Flag, they also had a dance and sing along session with the elderly. All of them were so happy to see the children and they shared that they appreciate the care and love they recieved from the children. It was definitely a heartwarming session for us too!
