Fieldtrip to Lion Befrienders

As part of the Kindness project, the children visited the elderly at the Lion Befrienders on Thursday, 10 May 2018. The K1 & K2 children performed for the residents some of the traditional songs such as ‘Chan Mali Chan’, ‘Munneruvaliba’ and ‘Tong Yao’.  While the N2 children performed a song titled ‘You’re my sunshine’.

Children also engaged the residents with activities such as creating flower craft activity and clay activity.

It was an enriching experience for the children as it promote inter generational bonding when the children interact with the residents there.
