Families for Life @ Kampung Admiralty – 20 June
Our K2 children were honoured to be part of the Families for Life @ Kampung Admiralty celebration on 20 June, where they showcased the spirit of intergenerational bonding through a heartwarming dance performance alongside the seniors from NTUC Health Active Ageing Centre (AAC).
Beyond the performance, our children and the seniors warmly engaged members of the public at our booth, sharing stories about our centre's Intergenerational Programme. As a Tier 3 partner in the programme, our children visit NTUC Health Active Ageing Centre every Thursday for one hour, building meaningful relationships through weekly interactions, shared activities, celebrations, crafts, and exercise sessions.
The event was made even more memorable with the presence of Ong Ye Kung, Minister for Health, and Mariam Jaafar, Adviser, who graced the occasion and celebrated the importance of fostering connections across generations.
It was a proud moment for our children to demonstrate how simple acts of learning, sharing, and spending time together can strengthen community bonds and bring joy to both the young and the young at heart.
