Every Drop Counts began with the children’s curiosity about water and grew into a meaningful journey of discovery, responsibility and action. Through investigations, hands-on experiences and learning journeys, the children explored where water comes from, why it is precious and how they can conserve it. Our learning extended beyond the classroom through community experiences, including visits to Bishan–Ang Mo Kio Park and the Sustainable Singapore Gallery, where the children learnt more about Singapore’s water story and the importance of caring for our water resources. Families also became part of the journey by sharing and practising water-saving habits at home. Back at school, the children transformed their learning into action by creating their own water conservation campaign and sharing their messages with the wider school community. Through these experiences, the children discovered that small everyday actions can make a difference when families, schools and the community work together to care for our water and the environment.
